Application Developer Co Op Toronto

Develop banking applications with CIBC Technology in Toronto through a hybrid Co Op focused on programming, testing, and integration.

As an Application Developer Co Op, you will support digital transformation by creating flexible, personalized banking solutions. You will develop, code, test, and debug programs while contributing to cross functional, multi platform application systems. This temporary opportunity offers four months of experience for students returning to full time studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, code, and test computer programs for straightforward assignments
• Review, analyze, modify, encode, test, and debug programming systems
• Participate in technical design, development, and system integration
• Gather requirements with stakeholders, end users, and business analysts
• Prepare design specifications as instructed by senior team members

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in post secondary education
• Returning to full time studies for eligibility
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to investigate complex problems and interpret information
• Interest in innovative solutions and evolving technologies
