Overview

In this role, you will design, build, and support custom applications and AI-enabled solutions using Power Platform tools to improve business processes. You will work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable solutions aligned with governance practices. The position emphasizes responsible AI adoption and production-ready delivery at scale. You will collaborate across the IT team to refine requirements and share best practices, driving continuous improvement and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance applications with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and AI agents using Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and Azure AI Foundry
  • Create and optimize cloud workflows with Power Automate; support Logic Apps as needed; build RPA with Power Automate Desktop
  • Implement and support Dataverse data models, connectors, APIs, JSON integrations, and secure data access for enterprise systems
  • Contribute to solution design, enforce development standards, apply ALM via Azure DevOps, and ensure security, data privacy, DLP, and Responsible AI practices
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve applications, automations, and AI solutions across the lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, produce documentation, and provide guidance and best-practice advice to teams
Key requirements
  • Experience building applications with Power Apps and Power Automate; exposure to AI agents or intelligent applications (Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, or Azure Foundry)
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse, APIs, connectors, JSON, PowerFx, JavaScript, and scripting basics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure fundamentals, Azure AI services, security basics, and DevOps/ALM practices
  • Experience in a structured software development environment and ability to work independently on tasks
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • Relevant professional experience or a degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
