Location: Knutsford, UK (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office per week)

We are looking for an Observability & Telemetry Specialist with strong experience in monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimisation across complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise supporting web servers, Linux/UNIX systems, and enterprise infrastructure, preferably within financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability and telemetry solutions across applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor and support Apache HTTP Server, Linux/UNIX systems, and web platforms.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Support, Security, and Network teams to maintain system reliability and compliance.
• Administer infrastructure components including firewalls, NAC, and network security tools.
• Build and maintain telemetry pipelines to enable real‑time system insights and alerting.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and support system stability across multi‑environment deployments.
