Youll join a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple prestigious clients. This isnt a role where youll simply follow someone elses process youll be trusted to challenge it, improve it and drive change as standard. Location: Salisbury this role requires you on-site 5 days a week Salary: £36,000 plus a strong training & benefits package Contract: Full time, permanent Please note: due to the nature of the work, applicants must be sole British passport holders. What Youll Be Doing - Providing software to the client through an organised, controlled and fully monitored packaging process - Carrying out quality assurance testing and assisting with UAT fault resolution - Documenting each application clearly - what its expected to do and how that was achieved - Building strong relationships with the client, third parties and vendors - Identifying automation and efficiency opportunities, plus hands-on problem solving and solutioning What Youll Bring - Strong primary skills in application packaging across multiple platforms - Expertise across a variety of packaging tools - Strong working knowledge of different packaging formats - Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues - Desirable: an understanding of SCCM current branch Why You Should Apply Youll be joining an inclusive, welcoming environment where you can bring your whole self to work, backed by a business that invests seriously in equity, diversity and inclusion.
