Stabilize business-critical applications through production monitoring, incident resolution, and Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise environments.

This experienced Application Production Support Analyst maintains application health and restores services during disruptions. The work includes Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, Unix/Linux, Shell Script or PowerShell, and production support processes. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, application, and business stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor application and production environments
  • Investigate incidents and resolve service disruptions
  • Perform remediation activities to restore services
  • Support application deployments and production changes
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of application production support experience
  • Enterprise application production environment experience
  • Strong Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server experience
  • Hands-on Unix/Linux command-line operations
  • Shell Script or PowerShell scripting experience
