Overview

In this role you will ensure the seamless operation and performance of our range of applications as part of a broader IT operations team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional groups to capture business needs, configure and deploy applications, and provide end-user support. You’ll enhance system efficiency through troubleshooting, upgrades, and staying current with new technologies. You contribute to a robust, secure application environment that supports the organisation’s IT operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep familiarity with the primary application and its functionalities
  • Understand how data from the primary application is used and how linked apps affect its operation
  • Evaluate and comprehend the behavior of integrated applications and their impact on system performance
  • Engage with end-users and other teams to understand evolving business needs
  • Monitor and anticipate business changes and adjust strategies for the application
  • Create thorough documentation detailing the primary application and its connections
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible terms for business users
  • Provide user support and guidance for the primary and related applications
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to improve application efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate with the team to foster continuous improvement in application management
