Overview

In this role you apply healthcare and InterSystems product knowledge to implement TrakCare standard solutions efficiently. You act as an expert resource for customers, guiding adoption while minimizing customization and staying current with product releases. You will specialize in Billing/PAS/Revenue Cycle Management and frequently travel to customer sites. You partner with cross-functional teams to map processes, validate configurations, and support go-live, shaping value realization for healthcare customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assess customer processes and identify gaps with proposed solutions
  • Map solutions to standard ISC product lines and regional editions to minimize custom work
  • Prepare and present solution designs and business requirements/documentation
  • Set up site configurations, validation scripts, and data migration verification
  • Lead customer training, workshops, and train-the-trainer activities
  • Support go-live with on-site assistance and post-go-live stabilization
  • Coordinate with product, project management, and other InterSystems teams to close changes and issues
  • Document handover to Support and maintain traceable documentation throughout engagement
  • Contribute to ongoing adoption and Dry Run processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainability
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in the ARIES customer engagement methodology
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience with a solid understanding of PAS processes in the UK
  • Deep knowledge of billing rules and workflows for private and public hospitals in the UK
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills with direct customer interaction including clinicians
  • Experience writing functional documents and business process mapping
  • Experience participating in multi-disciplinary teams and software implementation projects
  • Knowledge of Information Systems and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in customer-facing IT services or application/configuration roles
  • Experience with training delivery and workshop facilitation
