Overview

In this role you will leverage healthcare and InterSystems product knowledge to guide customers through standard, timely implementations of InterSystems solutions. You serve as an expert resource for customers, assessing processes and advising on best-fit solutions to minimize custom work. You stay current with product developments and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the PAS module of TrakCare, often traveling to customer sites. You collaborate across InterSystems teams to maximize customer value and ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Review proposals and identify gaps in functionality
  • Analyze customer processes and map to solutions
  • Deliver edition solution presentations to customers
  • Conduct customer induction workshops and educate on benefits
  • Propose standard-aligned solutions with minimal variations
  • Produce business requirements/maps, solution design, and validation scripts
  • Prepare data collection plans and manage configuration changes
  • Set up site configurations and create validation scripts
  • Participate in system validation and data migration checks
  • Log issues, support validation, and manage test fixes with PM/Product teams
  • Document handover for Support
  • Participate in dry run, train-the-trainer material, and customer training
  • Provide on-site go-live support and sustain interactions with InterSystems departments
  • Maintain documentation and learn new TrakCare functionalities
  • Support colleagues in spreading application knowledge
Key requirements
  • Excellent communication and training delivery skills
  • Strong consultative ability to articulate ideas
  • Experience interacting with clinicians and customers with clear messaging
  • At least 3 years in healthcare with good understanding of PAS processes in the UK
  • Deep knowledge of PAS rules and workflows in UK private/public hospitals
  • Experience contributing to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience writing functional documents and business process mapping
