Salary: £24,960 - 24,960 per year

Requirements

• Strong application support experience within a production environment
• Excellent SQL skills, including Oracle, PL/SQL and/or T-SQL
• Knowledge of Windows-based environments and database technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous exposure to software development technologies such as C#/.NET would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues across production environments
• Perform root cause analysis
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
• Ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of key systems
• Support critical business applications
• Carry out SQL-based data analysis
