Application Support Analyst

We're wokring with a training provider in Cambridgeshire who are looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join their busy MIS and systems team, supporting the applications people rely on every day.

It's a varied role covering systems support, user access, troubleshooting and software testing. You'll manage user accounts and permissions, investigate system issues, work with software suppliers and help test upgrades before they go live.

As well as experience of above, you'll be comfortable picking up new software, solving problems and explaining technical issues in plain English.

Experience with systems such as PICS, ProSuite, OneFile, OneGrade or ProEngage would be useful, as would previous experience in Further or Higher Education, but neither is essential.

My client can offer a salary of £30,595 per annum, 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays and discretionary Christmas closure days, and access to a Local Government Pension Scheme.
