Application Support Analyst

Rate Recruitment have partnered with a public sector organisation in West London who are looking to appoint an Application Support Analyst (MIS).

• The role will involve working onsite every day with the possibility of 1 day a week remote after passing probation.
• The starting salary is £34,878 - £37,035 with great holiday allowance and pension contributions.
• Providing 1st- and 2nd-line support, ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged, prioritised, updated, and resolved within agreed timescales.
• Escalate complex issues to suppliers or internal specialists and maintain accurate records, identifying recurring problems and contributing to improvements in systems, processes, and documentation.
• Support user onboarding and access management, including account creation, basic MIS guidance, and updates to knowledge-base materials.
• Experience with SQL, SSRS, Python, and Powershell would be essential.
