Application Support Analyst

Our client, a social housing organisation, seeks an Application Support Analyst to support and enhance their core business systems, with particular focus on their Housing Management System.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support for incidents and requests related to core business applications
  • Interpret business requirements and translate these into technical enhancements
  • Maintain and optimise business applications, identifying areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure applications align to business needs
  • Design and document workflows and integrations across business applications
  • Analyse incident trends, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Lead on structured change to core business applications
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure applications meet organisational needs
  • Produce reporting to demonstrate application performance
  • Significant experience of application support within a social housing organisation
  • Strong project management experience in complex housing environments
  • Experience supporting and developing core business applications in social housing (housing management, document management, reporting systems)
  • Excellent vendor and third party relationship management
  • Knowledge of business improvement methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to explain complex processes to non-technical audiences
