Application Support Analyst

We are looking for an eFX Application Support Analyst to support critical FX trading applications in a global production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 Production/Application Support for eFX trading applications.
  • Monitor trading workflows, pricing feeds, and application performance.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform RCA , and resolve issues within SLAs.
  • Support trade lifecycle, pricing, market data, and downstream/upstream systems.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Development, Quant, Market Data, and Business teams .
  • Support application releases, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
  • Perform log analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and production monitoring.
  • Maintain support documentation and incident/problem management records.

Required Skills:

  • Unix/Linux and SQL .
  • Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience supporting business-critical applications in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • FX / eFX / Capital Markets / Trading experience.
  • Front Office application support.
  • Market Data, Pricing, Trade Lifecycle, or STP experience.
