Overview

In this role you will support clients and manage support tickets, bridging finance and technology to resolve issues and answer queries. You will collaborate with client management and QA teams to test new functionality and ensure smooth deployments. The position offers fast growth toward product management, platform ownership, or business analysis, with a focus on delivering excellent client service in a fintech environment. You contribute to a growing client base at a small, reputable firm serving blue‑chip financial services clients and have clear opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients and process support tickets
  • Investigate and resolve queries across data analysis, application issues, or database concerns
  • Test new software functionality and assist with quality assurance
  • Engage in account management with a view toward early progression into senior support/implementation roles
  • Support a client-facing function and contribute to delivery for a growing client base
  • Collaborate with a team in a friendly, collaborative environment on high-profile projects
Key requirements
  • Experience in Application/Software Support, ideally with external clients and high call volumes
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Exposure to SQL
  • Experience with BI tools or Salesforce is a plus
  • Desire to progress within the company and take on responsibility
  • Mid-level or junior experience aiming to move into product management
