Overview

In this role you provide technical support for implementations in the fund market, acting as a bridge between clients and Professional Services. You handle major outages, tailor report templates via SQL, and drive successful deployments with presales collaboration. You own projects and advance the usage of applications within client environments. This position offers ownership of products and meaningful responsibility in a finance-technology context, based in Central London.

Responsibilities
  • Lead resolution of major system outages and communicate with stakeholders
  • Serve as liaison between clients and Professional Services for project deliverables
  • Execute and optimize SQL-based report templates aligned with client requirements
  • Support implementations across fund market and promote correct usage of applications
  • Manage own projects and collaborate with presales to drive deployment success
Key requirements
  • 2 years of commercial Application Support or Implementation/Configuration experience
  • 3rd Line Application Support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (DBMS architecture, design, tuning, PL/SQL)
  • Client-facing experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or Mathematics
  • Excel data manipulation
  • XML
  • desirable Crystal Reports background
  • Financial technology or front office technology exposure (preferred)
