Application Support Engineer
to join a technical team supporting complex software solutions within the logistics and warehouse automation sector. What You'll Do: Develop and support commercial software using Java and Oracle. Provide 2nd Level Support and troubleshoot complex customer issues. Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis. Manage fixes, patches and software releases. Mentor and support junior developers. Work closely with Project Managers and Service Account Managers. Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Support continuous improvement and system stability. What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years' commercial software development experience. Strong experience with Java or another object-oriented language. Experience with Oracle/SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of Hibernate, JUnit, JMS and XML. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience mentoring or leading developers. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Logistics/warehouse automation experience is desirable.
