Overview
You will act as a technical advisor to leading energy trading firms, delivering high-level technical support and seamless integrations. In collaboration with Product and Engineering, you will drive platform reliability, performance, and continuous improvements. You’ll handle complex issues, onboarding, and training, shaping product direction with customer insights. The role sits at the crossroads of technology, trading and customer success, with opportunities to influence pre-sales and implementation planning. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a fast-growing tech company.

- Deliver onboarding, product training and workflow optimization
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to implement improvements
- Support pre-sales engagements by advising on technical feasibility and integration requirements
- Translate customer workflows into product feedback to shape future platform direction
- Experience in a similar technical, client-facing role (Application Support, Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and business audiences
- Good commercial awareness and ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Interest in AI and its commercial uses, with personal projects/tools (preferred)
