Overview

In this role you support clients and products post-implementation, acting as a technical escalation resource to resolve issues and improve client experiences. You’ll work within the Client Services team to translate client needs into software solutions, communicate progress to stakeholders, and identify process and data improvements. The position offers exposure to large-scale implementations and training, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and client-centric service. You will help shape how technology delivers value to wealth management clients in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide post-implementation support for clients/products
  • Serve as technical escalation resource for software issues
  • Resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate issue progress to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Engage in client calls and discussions
  • Identify and define process and data improvements

Key requirements
  • 2:1 or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience
  • Working knowledge of scripting and querying in SQL Server (RDBMS OLTP/OLAP)
  • Basic Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
  • Crystal Reports or other reporting tools
  • One or more programming languages (C#, VB, JS)
  • High creativity and ability to solve complex technical problems
