Overview

In this role you will provide technical support for implementations across the fund market and collaborate with presales and Professional Services. You will promote effective use of our applications and own responses to major outages, communicating with business stakeholders. You’ll build SQL-based report templates to meet client needs and help ensure successful deployments. This position offers accountability and ownership, with NDA implications due to sensitive IP, and a path to grow into senior responsibilities within a leading fintech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and expand application usage across the business and ensure correct system usage
  • Understand technical solutions and their implications
  • Lead resolution of major system outages with stakeholder communication
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and Professional Services for project deliverables
  • Create SQL-based report templates meeting client requirements and best practices
  • Own projects and collaborate with presales on engagements
Key requirements
  • 2 years commercial experience in Application Support or Implementation/Configuration
  • 2:1 Degree in Computer Science, IT or Maths
  • 3rd line application support experience
  • Microsoft SQL Server skills (DBMS architecture, design, tuning, PL/SQL)
  • Ideally Crystal Reports
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Cross-functional collaboration with consulting and services teams
