Overview
In this role you will strengthen and optimize technology systems, focusing on data pipelines and scalable data processes. You’ll collaborate across the technology platform, particularly around trading systems and the regulatory reporting data lake, to improve fault tolerance and performance. You’ll join a supportive engineering environment that values quality and clear communication, contributing to data-rich investment management workflows. This is a hands-on position with exposure to cross-functional teams and a clear impact on system reliability and business outcomes. You will help shape robust data architectures and drive delivery in a fast-paced financial tech setting.

- Collaborate with Head of Production and support teams to identify improvement areas
- Learn architecture and systems with a focus on trading systems and regulatory reporting data lake
- Work with the Engineering team to understand practices and architecture
- Perform technical analysis to identify root causes of issues
- Design and implement technical changes and improvements
- Participate in coding and code reviews
- Coordinate with business teams as needed
- BSc or MSc in a financial, technological, mathematical, or scientific discipline, with strong analytical foundation
- Proficiency in C# and Python and passion for software development
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in designing robust data flows and systems
- Clear, concise communication skills (verbal and written)
