Overview
In this role you will strengthen the robustness and performance of our technology systems while working across the platform. You’ll focus on data pipelines, redesigning data processes to be fault-tolerant and scalable, and gain exposure to investment management data and the wider business. You’ll collaborate with production support and engineering teams to diagnose issues, implement improvements, and contribute to regulatory data workflows. This hands-on role offers opportunities to shape data architectures and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

- Work with Head of Production and support teams to identify improvements
- Learn architecture and systems with a focus on trading systems and regulatory data lake
- Collaborate with Engineering to understand practices and architecture
- Perform technical analysis to identify root causes of issues
- Design and implement technical changes and improvements
- Participate in coding and code reviews
- Engage with business teams as needed
- BSc or MSc in a financial, technological, mathematical, or scientific discipline
- Experience with C# and Python
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in designing robust data flows and systems
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
