Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst

Lead applications development in Citi’s hybrid Mississauga office, applying advanced programming and systems analysis expertise. Guide complex technology initiatives as a Vice President.

This senior-level position establishes and implements new or revised application systems with Citi’s Technology team. You will lead applications systems analysis and programming activities while integrating business, architecture, and infrastructure functions. The work includes resolving high-impact projects, defining system enhancements, and advising mid-level developers and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and meet goals
• Define system enhancements for products and process improvements
• Evaluate complex business and system processes to resolve problems
• Ensure designs follow the overall architecture blueprint
• Coach developers and analysts while allocating work appropriately

Requirements:

• Six to ten years of relevant applications development experience
• Extensive systems analysis and software applications programming experience
• Successful project management and implementation experience
• Subject matter expertise in an applications development area
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
