Applied AI Engineer

As an Applied AI Engineer embedded with Growth, you own the GTM workflows in production and ensure they run reliably and efficiently. You’ll build and maintain outbound sequences, a campaign builder, intent signals, enrichment pipelines, and paid-media loops, integrating AI-native tooling and the Firn platform. Working closely with data engineers and platform teams, you optimize learnings from feedback loops to improve messaging and pipeline performance. You’ll ship incrementally, monitor impact, and uphold engineering standards within a fast-paced Growth context.

• Own and maintain GTM workflows in production (outbound sequences, campaign builder, intent-signal routine, enrichment and signal pipelines, paid-media loop)
• Implement review steps and human sign-off before sends; ensure signals are current and validated
• Instrument and run A/B tests; communicate outcomes to Growth team
• Manage signals and enrichment pipelines; expose Growth data via MCP tools in Snowflake
• Develop and maintain Claude-based skills for Growth Associates and AEs; manage campaign tooling and onboarding sessions
• Ensure deliverability and suppression discipline; enforce warm-inbox practices and suppression windows
• Uphold engineering standards (version control, alerting, tracing, runbooks) and migrate workflows to Firn factory framework
• Maintain a weekly backlog with Growth leadership; report shipped work and impact
• Build and maintain AI-native workflows and agents; demonstrate practical AI usage during interviews
• Sit inside a product team, align with Growth priorities while preserving team engineering standards

• Written software that runs in production
• Proficient in Python and SQL; daily use of Git
• Experience with APIs; self-sufficient reading API docs
• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Clay, or Zapier; ability to extend with code
• Experience with AI/LLMs: prompts, tools, evaluation, failure modes
• Resilient production practices: alerting, error handling, retries, recovery
• Experience with data pipelines into Snowflake or similar; dbt modeling
• Ability to work with sellers and marketers; translate asks into usable solutions
