At Bentley, you will experiment with emerging simulation and AI technologies in a hands-on, experimental role. You will evaluate surrogate models, physics-informed AI, GPU-accelerated methods, and numerical simulation workflows. The work centers on prototypes rather than production-system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track emerging technologies in simulation and artificial intelligence
• Build and benchmark surrogate models against FEM and CFD workflows
• Test robustness, limitations, and failure modes
• Prototype hybrid pipelines with high-fidelity validation
• Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong programming ability with Python required
• Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of FEM, CFD, or multiphysics modeling
• Knowledge of deep learning or surrogate modeling
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
