Applied AI Process Consultant

In this role you will advance AX Design and AI-enabled process transformation across client engagements. You’ll build analytical frameworks, benchmark analyses, and change-impact assessments using GenAI and other AI-assisted tools. You will design future-state processes with clear human–machine interaction points and ensure responsible AI design with bias checks and escalation triggers. You’ll work closely with clients, translate data into actionable recommendations, and continually expand domain expertise through hands-on delivery and learning.

• Develop analytical frameworks (trend analyses, benchmarking, change-impact assessments) using AI-assisted tooling
• Design future-state processes including AI integration points and operating model changes
• Specify AI agent behaviors and handoffs within redesigned processes (AX Design)
• Assess risks, bias, explainability, and human-in-the-loop requirements for AI-enabled deliverables
• Support client engagements with process analysis and delivery of digital/platform solutions
• Review and improve domain reinvention designs and playbook content
• Contribute to knowledge library and maintain up-to-date domain expertise
• Identify opportunities where agentic AI can enhance specific process steps and articulate implications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Experience producing industry- or function-level trend analyses, benchmarking, or change-impact assessments
• Previous use of AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g., Platform Native AI capabilities)
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design
• Consulting delivery experience or relevant industry experience in at least one domain (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Software, Healthcare, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations
