Applied AI Solutions Architect

Design applied AI solutions onsite in Ottawa using large language models, Claude Code, and end-to-end architecture for measurable business results.

TechInsights seeks an Applied AI Solutions Architect to turn ambiguous business problems into production solutions. You will gather requirements, design agents, tools, integrations, workflows, and interfaces, then measure usage, quality, and impact. The work combines business analysis, solution architecture, and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own business problems from definition through production delivery
• Gather requirements and document journeys, problems, and acceptance criteria
• Design scalable, secure, cost-conscious AI solutions
• Build prototypes, agents, tools, connectors, and user interfaces
• Measure usage, output quality, business impact, and feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Production experience with ambiguous business problems
• Hands-on LLM experience with agents and data retrieval
• Strong solution architecture or solutions engineering experience
• Ability to review and debug code using AI tools
