You will gather requirements, design agents, tools, integrations, workflows, and interfaces, then measure usage, quality, and impact. The work combines business analysis, solution architecture, and hands-on delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Own business problems from definition through production deliveryGather requirements and document journeys, problems, and acceptance criteriaDesign scalable, secure, cost-conscious AI solutionsBuild prototypes, agents, tools, connectors, and user interfacesMeasure usage, output quality, business impact, and feedbackRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceProduction experience with ambiguous business problemsHands-on LLM experience with agents and data retrievalStrong solution architecture or solutions engineering experienceAbility to review and debug code using AI toolsBring LLM expertise, solution architecture, and delivery leadership to TechInsights’ applied AI work in Ottawa.
