AppOps Senior Specialist — Reliability & Observability Lead

Interac is seeking an AppOps, Senior Specialist to own 24/7 production support for large-scale Java/JEE applications, focus on availability and rapid service recovery, and lead incident investigations. You will design observability, implement health rules, and collaborate with Product, Development, DevSecOps and Security teams to continuously improve reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in Java, experience with AppDynamics/Dynatrace/Splunk/ELK, and a strong SRE mindset.
