Our client is recruiting for an ApprenticeFirst Line Support Engineer to join their team in BishopsStortford Herts.

The Position

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Recognisedas the longest established MSP in the area they offer a wealth of IT servicessuch as - PC Support, IT Security & Hosted Services, Field Services andmuch more to diverse businesses both locally and throughout the UK.

Wehave been massively successful with apprentices over the past years. We’vesuccessfully trained up 6 members of staff from apprentices. Most of which havebeen taken on as full-time employees following their training! We prideourselves on creating an environment which supports development of young ITprofessionals.

The Role

Youwill be working alongside the team of currently, 9 support staff. Takingsupport tickets from customers, communicating with the users, listening, andresolving their issues by remote access via their RMM and ticketing system.Work on special projects, investigating new technology and services.Collaborating with other team members and individually. They encourage staff tofurther their certifications by mentoring and paying fees. The team workclosely together providing a great working environment.

Required Skills

  • Knowledgeof Windows OS and Microsoft Office packages.
