Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst - VP

In this role you will lead applications systems analysis and programming activities within Citi's technology team. You will partner with management across functions to define system enhancements that support new products and process improvements. You will resolve complex business and system problems, ensure designs align with architecture, and set coding, testing, and implementation standards. You will advise mid-level developers, manage risk in decisions, and promote compliant, ethical practices. This role offers impact across architecture, infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-stakes environment.

• Partner with management teams to align functions and define necessary system enhancements
• Lead analysis and programming activities to deploy new products and process improvements
• Solve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes
• Ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Understand how business areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve goals

• Coach and supervise mid-level developers and analysts

• 6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
