SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering RSA Archer solutions within enterprise GRC environments
  • Strong expertise in Archer application configuration, including workflows, DDEs, questionnaires, calculated fields, record permissions, and data feeds
  • Proven experience delivering Archer enhancements and implementations for large-scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ability to support testing, defect resolution, deployments, and maintain comprehensive technical and configuration documentation
  • Knowledge of Archer Evolv (SaaS), Archer administration, and Archer certification (Administrator or Implementation Specialist) is highly preferred
