Architect & Development Lead — Hybrid, Shape Housing Projects

Vector Homes is seeking an ARB registered architect to assess difficult sites, shape credible schemes and lead client conversations for housing projects in the UK. Approximately half of the role is hands-on design, with the rest split between development, client relations and work winning.

This is not a pure studio or high-volume sales role; it offers access to founders, broader leadership, and a route into strategic delivery of affordable housing.
