Architect - Retrofit & Technical Delivery Lead

Curio Careers in London is seeking an Architect with 3–5 years post-Part 3 experience to take ownership of technical design packages and lead RIBA Stages 4–6 on live retrofit and refurbishment projects.

You will develop construction information in Revit, coordinate consultants, and ensure buildability and design quality while maintaining the design intent through to on-site completion. ARB registration and UK building regulation knowledge are essential.
