Architecture Director - Data Centres

In this role you lead multidisciplinary architecture and engineering work for data centre projects across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, operating at Technical Director level. You’ll build trusted client relationships, manage multiple projects, and steer bids and delivery within governance standards. You’ll guide design teams, ensure quality under tight deadlines, and contribute to strategic growth in the data centre sector. • Lead designer/consultant on a portfolio of data centre projects
• Coordinate discipline leads across Architecture and Engineering deliverables
• Lead bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities
• Ensure internal governance at bid stage and delivery
• Identify and secure targeted projects/revenue
• Present to clients and prospective clients
• Support other Directors with management and strategy
• General administrative and management duties for the data centre team

• Fully Qualified Architect or Technologist (Chartered or equivalent)
• Proven related technical experience
• Recent experience on data centre projects
• Experience of various forms of building contracts
• Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
• IT literate with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines
• Work experience within a similar consultancy or relevant business
