As an Architect/Architecture Technologist/Lead Consultant in our Data Centre practice, you will lead multi-disciplinary design and delivery for hyperscale and colocation projects in the UK, Ireland, and Europe. You’ll build trusted client relationships, drive bids and governance, and ensure profitable, on-time delivery with a strong design and technical leadership bias. You’ll coordinate architecture and engineering leads while shaping the project’s technical and commercial success. This role offers exposure to a global, digital-infrastructure environment with significant impact on mission-critical facilities.

- Lead Designer/Consultant on a portfolio of Data Centre projects
- Coordinate discipline leads across Architecture and Engineering deliverables
- Lead bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
- Ensure internal governance is followed from bid stage through delivery
- Identify and secure targeted projects / revenue
- Present to clients and prospective clients
- Support Directors in sector with internal management and strategy
- General administrative and management duties for the data centre team
- Fully Qualified Architect or Technologist (Chartered or equivalent)
- Proven related technical experience
- Recent experience on Data Centre projects
- Experience of various forms of building contract
- Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
- IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines
- Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
