Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ARE DevOps Automation professional to drive automation across the application deployment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure, scripting, infrastructure provisioning, and CI/CD processes. This role will focus on improving application time-to-market through automated deployment, environment management, infrastructure as code, and release coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation across the complete application deployment pipeline, including source code management, build, packaging, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment
• Develop and maintain DevOps tooling and automated processes within platform and segment teams
• Design and implement solutions for deployment automation, environment management, environment modeling, and release coordination
• Build, deploy, support, and maintain cloud infrastructure and applications across development, test, and production environments
• Develop infrastructure automation and provisioning solutions using scripting and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, virtual machine, application, and deployment issues
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Develop, debug, and maintain scripts for deployment and infrastructure automation
• Support application and infrastructure changes across development, testing, staging, and production environments
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve deployment processes and reliability
• Implement DevOps best practices to increase deployment efficiency, consistency, and scalability
• Monitor automated deployment and infrastructure processes and troubleshoot failures
• Maintain technical documentation for automation tools, processes, and deployment workflows

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with DevOps and deployment automation
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
• Experience troubleshooting cloud virtual machines and infrastructure
• Experience with OpenStack and Cloudify is preferred
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as IBM Bluemix and Google Cloud is an advantage
• Strong scripting and automation experience using Bash, Python, and PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of YAML for configuration and automation
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience supporting development and production cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployment
