Area Manager: Data-Driven Safety & Productivity

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to own end-to-end operational performance, lead change initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to improve safety, quality, and productivity across the area.

You will partner with stakeholders to solve real operational challenges and drive progress on projects on every shift. The role balances hands-on management with strategic thinking, mentoring newer managers, and aligning on priorities with safety, learning, and HR teams.
