Arkansas Licensed Utilization Management Supervisor

Providing leadership and oversight to the utilization management team, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Utilization Management Supervisor will monitor review activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage staffing logistics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with hospital staff and care coordinators to ensure appropriate levels of care and continuity for members Manage staffing logistics, including scheduling, work assignments, and adapting to changing priorities Supervise the Utilization Management team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Required qualifications Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred or five (5) years of clinical experience in lieu of a degree Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in Arkansas or multistate licensure Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience, with at least two (2) years in Utilization Management and Managed Care Experience with Government programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Federal Government Programs Familiarity with Milliman or InterQual guidelines preferred
