Artificial Intelligence Solutions Developer

Design artificial intelligence solutions and intelligent automation as Sandbox’s expert, connecting generative AI with measurable business improvements. This role offers a hybrid work program when applicable.

As Sandbox’s AI Solutions Developer, you will lead discovery, design, and implementation across the organization. You will work with generative AI, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, integrations, and automation frameworks. The position connects business challenges with practical, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise discovery sessions for AI-enabled opportunities
• Design scalable AI architectures and automation frameworks
• Develop prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
• Establish secure, responsible AI governance practices
• Guide training, coaching, and adoption initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Three to five years of relevant technology experience
• Knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering
• Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and integrations
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
