Positron AI is seeking an ASIC Design Engineer to design and verify RTL blocks for cutting-edge inference accelerators. You will collaborate across architecture, verification, and physical design to deliver high-performance silicon.

You will gain hands-on experience with SystemVerilog RTL, front-end flows, and cross-functional bring-up, while mentoring from senior engineers to grow ownership and impact.
