Overview

In this role you will join a fintech data provider to build and maintain internal web applications and services. You will work with the Technical Architect to evolve data processing and move systems toward cloud deployment. The role blends development with DevOps tasks and exploration of new technologies, including cloud and Hadoop, to advance the technology platform. You’ll contribute to cutting-edge tools like CMS, engagement analytics, and investment management services, shaping a scalable, in-house ecosystem. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain web applications and services
  • Evolve data processing systems and enable cloud migration
  • Take on DevOps tasks and projects
  • Explore new technologies to advance the Technology Team
  • Investigate cloud migration to AWS and introduction of Hadoop
Key requirements
  • 2 years of commercial experience
  • C# & ASP.NET MVC
  • MS SQL Server
  • Web technologies
  • Windows environments and IIS 7+
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Git
  • Computer Sciences degree – 2:1 and above or equivalent
