Asset Protection Operations Associate

As an Asset Protection Operations Team Associate, you maintain pricing integrity, inventory control, and profitability at Walmart. You coordinate direct and local merchandise for sales-floor delivery, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailers. The work also covers claims, returns, recalls, shrink prevention, and invoicing controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated locations
• Process direct and local shipments promptly
• Maintain organized receiving, claims, and office areas
• Document cold chain information in required systems
• Scan damaged and stolen merchandise for shrink prevention

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Follow Company policies, guidelines, and processes
• Maintain current knowledge of merchandise handling procedures
• Complete returns, recalls, and paperwork within deadlines
• Follow invoicing key controls and exception-report processes
