Key Responsibilities:

• Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated locations
• Process direct, local, and OMNI shipments promptly
• Maintain organized receiving, claims, and office areas
• Document cold chain information using required systems
• Scan damaged and stolen merchandise for shrink prevention

Requirements:

• Follow company policies, guidelines, and merchandise handling processes
• Maintain current knowledge of damaged and recalled merchandise procedures
• Complete returns, recalls, paperwork, packing, and shipping
• Monitor claims, returns, shrink wins, and charge backs
• Follow invoicing key controls and review exception reports
