Asset Protection Operations Associate

Protect store financial integrity through inventory control, shipment processing, and merchandise accuracy as an Asset Protection Operations Team Associate. Work at Walmart Canada in Stittsville, Ontario.

This associate supports profitability, pricing integrity, and a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include direct, local, and OMNI shipments, receiving warehouse trailers, claims processing, and shrink prevention. The work also covers returns, recalls, invoicing controls, exception reports, and cold chain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated locations
• Process shipments, OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailers
• Maintain organized receiving, claims, and office areas
• Document receiving temperatures through logs and the Spark App
• Scan damaged and stolen merchandise to support shrink prevention

Requirements:

• Be 16 years of age or older
• Follow Company policies, guidelines, and processes
• Maintain accurate returns, recalls, and related paperwork
• Complete required tasks within Company deadlines
• Apply proper merchandise handling and asset protection processes
