Asset Protection Operations Associate

Protect Walmart store assets through inventory control, shipment processing, and merchandise accuracy at the Carleton Place location. Support reliable sales-floor availability.

This Asset Protection Operations Team Associate maintains financial, pricing, and inventory integrity. The work includes processing direct, local, and OMNI shipments, handling receiving activities, and supporting shrink prevention. The associate also follows company processes for returns, recalls, claims, and merchandise donations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated locations
• Process shipments, OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailers
• Maintain organized receiving, claims, and office areas
• Document cold chain information using required systems
• Scan damaged and stolen merchandise promptly

Requirements:

• Be age 16 or older
• Follow Walmart policies, guidelines, and processes
• Maintain accurate receiving and merchandise records
• Complete returns, recalls, and paperwork within deadlines
• Support shrink prevention and asset protection procedures
