Assistant Accounting Operations Manager

Lead accounting operations at CareKW through accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end reconciliation while supporting company-wide financial accuracy. This full-time salaried position connects accounting associates with leadership.

The Assistant Accounting and Analytics Manager works with the Accounting Director and mid-level management. You will learn department processes, build independence, and oversee operational functions. The scope includes reporting, controls, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across the company
• Lead accounts receivable from intake through collections
• Drive accounts payable while monitoring cash flow
• Uphold accurate, timely payroll standards
• Oversee period-end closes and year-end engagements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting, business, analytics, or related discipline
• Intermediate-level accounting experience
• Two to three years leading teams or projects
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
