CarHop is looking for a Assistant Branch Manager to join our Aurora, Colorado team.
The Assistant Branch Manager is a skilled multi tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.
All of our Managers at every level are very hands and spend much of their day working with customers in sales.
Must be willing to work at other locations and travel during the week..

Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance goals
Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations
Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
Overseeing and assist in the sales process and monitor performance and execution.
Mentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.
Assist branch which include sales, inventory and warranty duties.
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership skills with proven record of building, coaching and motivating a team
Ability to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays)
