Assistant Branch Manager Drumheller

Lead Financial Advisors at Servus Credit Union’s Drumheller Branch with coaching expertise and progressive lending and investment services. This is a full-time position.

Reporting to the Market Director, the Assistant Branch Manager empowers, supports, and develops Financial Advisors. You will help employees understand member needs while driving branch performance and success. The position combines sales process expertise with lending, credit, investment services, and member support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and coach employees toward members’ financial fitness
• Pursue new business opportunities proactively
• Monitor branch financial targets and performance
• Promote referrals to Wealth Management and Business Banking
• Provide employee support, guidance, and training

Requirements:

• Five years of retail banking experience
• At least three years as a Financial Advisor
• Comprehensive understanding of lending and credit
• Finance or related post-secondary education is valuable
• IFIC course and license are valuable assets
