Assistant Branch Manager Trainee Banking

Lead banking teams through complex credit and investment compliance activities as an Assistant Branch Manager Trainee with TD. Coach staff and support customer-focused advice.

This trainee position develops leaders who guide advisory and frontline employees across complex financial activities. You will mentor teams on advice-giving strategies, customer experience, complaint resolution, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes coordinating branch activities, supporting process efficiency, and working with TD partners to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investment and unsecured credit compliance transactions
• Coach staff on effective customer complaint resolution
• Resolve operational and high-risk issues within policies
• Mentor teams on advice-giving and customer experience
• Coordinate schedules, activities, feedback, and performance management

Requirements:

• Mobility within the assigned district and region
• Ability to support the Three Hills, Alberta location
• Willingness to relocate to another TD location
• Commitment to regulatory requirements and established policies
• Ability to build positive, diverse working relationships
