You strengthen skills, maximize sales and referral opportunities, and promote first-contact problem resolution. You also build relationships with RBC partners and encourage collaboration across roles.

• Manage talent development and career planning for employee engagement
• Deliver results through sales routines and coaching
• Partner with the manager to support branch operations
• Coach Advisors on client advice and digital usage
• Address community needs through recruitment and management practices

Requirements:

• Two years’ people management or coaching experience in finance
• Proven business growth and community relationship success
• Two years’ licensed mutual fund sales experience within three years
• Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
• BCO exam completion or eligibility within four months
